## How we find offers
Retrovoy currently searches **eBay** for refurbished listings that appear to match the product or variant you are viewing.
Our systems automatically assess marketplace listings using information such as:

- other listing information made available through eBay.
Listings that do not meet Retrovoy's criteria may be excluded.

## Why Retrovoy focuses on refurbished products
Buying older technology can be unpredictable.
Two devices that appear identical in search results can differ significantly in cosmetic condition, functionality and the standard to which they have been prepared for resale.
Rather than simply displaying the cheapest used item available, Retrovoy focuses on eBay listings using recognised refurbished condition grades where suitable inventory is available.
That gives shoppers a more structured way to compare older technology.
## The eBay Refurbished programme
In markets where the **eBay Refurbished** programme operates, eBay uses defined refurbished condition grades including:
